I ordered paper rolls for half dollars. They are so cheap, most have a cut all the way down that splits oped when you try to wrap coins.
Very disappointed. Will not order again.

I love ordering from you because I believe in supporting local businesses. I order my business checks in the afternoon and I usually get a message that they will be ready to pickup sometimes in the afternoon of the next day. The only suggestion I would have is to be able to choose pickup rather than only delivery on the order screen. I always have to choose delivery and then call customer service to have them change the order to pickup.

Call me cheap but I think to charge for a paper box is a bit too much. Especially when it was just shipped in a bag and arrived completely smashed. I know it's optional now, it was included the last time. I went back to Carousel only because that's where I went last time and I didn't have time to look around but I think I'll shop around next time.

Replacement checks arrived on time and all my information on the checks was correct, keep up your excellent work!!

This is the first time I've used Carousel Checks but I am very pleased. They arrived promptly (2 separate orders and they look very professionally printed. And the choices offered were much lower in cost than the ones I had previously ordered from my bank.

I ordered checks online and had some difficulty understanding the final payment. I emailed the company and received a quick response and resolution. Quality of checks are good but check owners name should be in a Bold font. I did not see that option if it was offered. Also my identified bank is printed very tiny. Its 4 or 6 points in height. Can be a bit bigger I think. I will order again but please do not barrage me with emails.

Other check companies knew my bank info. I was surprised Carousel Checks didn't it even though the ordering procedure came with my original checks.
